You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

Personalized and custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned.

We are very disappointed on the rare occasions our customers receive a faulty item. Please contact us via email on oamstudio.contact@gmail.com to arrange a return, exchange, or refund.

We will refund any postage on a faulty item, and ensure you are reimbursed for standard return postage on the item. If it is more convenient for you, we can arrange to have the faulty item collected free of charge within the UK mainland.
